Refund policy

All items are made to order. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are NOT accepted.
- During production time, any changes or cancellations are not allowed
- If you have any problems with your order, I would be happy to help you to the best of my abilities
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen brightness, monitor adjustments, and photo edits
- We use Direct to Garment (DTG) printing for our apparel items, this means the design is directly printed on and therefore may not be as bright as they appear in the photos.
- Items may be shipped separately
